Pre-appointment AI medical intake

More time to
help your patients.

Audri talks with your patients before their visit — by chat or voice — and hands you a drafted, cited consult note the moment they arrive. So the conversation that matters can start sooner.

Audri
Pre-visit intake
What's brought you in today?
I've been getting headaches most afternoons for the past two weeks.
Thank you. Where do you feel them, and how strong do they get?
Across my forehead, maybe 6 out of 10. Panadol takes the edge off. My vision's fine.
Thank you. Did they come on suddenly or build up gradually — and any nausea or vomiting with them?
They build up slowly through the afternoon. No nausea or vomiting.
Thank you. As this is your first Audri intake, I have a few questions about your background. Are you taking any regular medications?
Just perindopril, 5mg each morning, for my blood pressure. No allergies that I know of.
Thank you. Do you smoke or vape?
No, never. A couple of glasses of wine on the weekend.
Thank you. Is there anything else you'd like Dr Chen to know about?
I'm also due for a repeat of my blood pressure script.
Note ready for Dr Chen
How it works

Intake that's done before the appointment starts.

No forms in the waiting room. No re-typing. Just a calm conversation that turns into a review-ready consult note.

01

Patients share their story

A calm conversation by text or voice, at their own pace, before they arrive — in their own words.

02

Audri structures it

The patient's symptoms and history, drafted into a problem-based note — numbered problems, one fact per line, background underneath — in the shape a GP already writes.

03

You review in seconds

Every claim is cited back to the patient's own words. You stay in control — Audri never diagnoses.

See it in action

The same visit, from both sides.

These are real screens from Audri — the patient's conversation on their phone, and the concise consult note waiting in the clinician console. (Demo environment; every patient shown is synthetic.)

The patient's side. A calm chat or voice call from any phone — no app, no login, at their own pace.

Your side. The same visit, drafted into a concise, problem-based consult note — ready to review, edit and copy straight into your PMS.

The average doctor consult is short. Audri gives those minutes back to the part only a clinician can do.

Security & privacy

Patient trust is the product.

Health information is the most sensitive data there is. We treat it that way — by design, not as an afterthought.

Encrypted in transit & at rest

Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access scoped to the patient's own care team.

Privacy Act aligned

Built around the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles for handling health records.

Your practice owns its data

We never sell patient data, and never use it to train public models. It stays yours.

Transparent AI

Audri assists; it never diagnoses. Every note is clinician-reviewed and always editable, and each claim is cited to the transcript.

Data minimisation

Audri asks only what's relevant to the visit, and collects nothing it doesn't need.

Fully auditable

A complete transcript and citation trail accompanies every intake, so nothing is a black box.

Common questions

Questions, answered.

Does Audri replace the doctor?

No. Audri only gathers and organises information before the visit. It never diagnoses or makes decisions — every note is reviewed and edited by your clinician, with each line cited to the patient's own words.

How do patients use it?

They get a link before their appointment and have a short conversation by text or voice, at their own pace. There's no app to download and nothing to install.

What if a patient doesn't finish?

Their answers are saved. They can pause and pick up any time before the appointment, and you still see whatever they've shared so far.

Is it safe for urgent symptoms?

Audri isn't for emergencies and tells patients so clearly. If someone needs urgent help, it points them to call 000 or attend their nearest emergency department.

How does it fit our existing systems?

Audri works alongside your current workflow. The drafted note is ready in the clinician console the moment a patient finishes their intake, and copies straight into your PMS.
