For patients

Your story. Your pace.
Your choice.

Audri is a friendly way to tell your doctor what's going on before your appointment — by message or a phone call, whenever suits you. Your doctor walks in already knowing your story, so the visit starts where it matters.

And it's opt-in, always. Nothing about you is shared with any AI unless you choose to start.

Getting this message shares nothing with any AI. Your number was used to deliver it — that's all. Tap the link only if and when you want to.

The most important part

Nothing happens without your say-so.

Audri is opt-in from the very first moment. Here's exactly what that means, step by step.

01 · Before you tap

Only your booking details exist

Before you start an intake, the only information in Audri is what your clinic already holds to run your appointment — your name, contact number and booking time.

Your contact details are never sent to any AI — whether you do the intake or not. Your number is used for one thing: delivering your link.

02 · You decide

You read first, then choose

Open the link and Audri explains, in plain words, what it is and how your information is used. Nothing starts until you've read that and agreed — the choice is recorded, and it's yours alone to make.

Not interested? Just ignore the message. Your appointment goes ahead exactly as normal.

03 · If you continue

You share on your terms

Have a conversation with Audri — share as much or as little as you're comfortable with, pause whenever you like. Your words become a draft note your doctor reviews before your visit.

Even then, your name is never attached to anything sent to the AI.

What is Audri

A head start on being heard.

Ten minutes in a consult room isn't always enough to tell your whole story. Audri gives you the time and space to tell it properly, beforehand — and gives your doctor the chance to actually read it.

01

You talk, your way

Message or voice call, from any phone — no app, no account, no waiting room clipboard. Audri asks gentle questions and listens. In your own words, at your own pace.

02

Audri organises

What you share is arranged into a clear, structured note for your doctor — nothing added, nothing invented. Every line can be traced back to what you actually said.

03

Your doctor takes it from there

Audri never diagnoses and never decides. Your doctor reads everything, checks it with you, and the real conversation starts sooner — about what to do, not what happened.

Your data, plainly

Who sees what.

No fine print required. This is the whole picture — and the long version, if you want it, is in our Privacy Policy.

Sees your intake

Your care team

Your doctor and the practice team involved in your care see everything you share — it's your medical record, looked after like any other. Access is limited to your own clinic.

Sees your story, not your identity

The AI

The AI that helps draft your note sees the words you share, your age, and your sex if it's on file — because those matter medically. It is never given your name, phone number, date of birth or contact details. To the AI, you're a medical story, not an identity.

Sees nothing, ever

Everyone else

We never sell your information, never share it with advertisers, and never use it to train public AI models. There is no third list. If it's not your care team or the drafting AI above, it sees nothing.

How we look after it

Treated with the care health information deserves.

Health information is the most sensitive data there is. Here's how it's held.

Stored in Australia

Your intake record lives on secure servers in Sydney. Some AI processing happens on our providers' secure servers overseas (typically the USA) — we tell you before you start, and the Privacy Policy has the detail.

Encrypted, both directions

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest — while it travels and while it's stored.

A history that can't be quietly changed

Every version of your note is kept, permanently and tamper-evidently. If anything is edited, the record shows who, what and when — nothing can be silently rewritten.

Your rights, on request

You can ask to see or correct what's on file — start at your clinic, or write to our Privacy Officer at support@audri.ai. Not satisfied? The OAIC is there for exactly that.

Built around Australian privacy law

Audri is designed around the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and handles health information in line with the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic). In practice that means: we tell you what we collect before we collect it, we collect only what your visit needs, and you have a path to see and correct your record. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

You're not filling in a form for a machine. You're giving your doctor a head start on helping you.

Your questions

Asked and answered, honestly.

Do I have to use Audri?

No. Audri is opt-in, always. If you'd rather talk everything through in the room, that's completely fine — your appointment goes ahead exactly as it always would.

I got a text about Audri. Has anything been shared with an AI?

No. Your clinic asked us to send you your intake link, and your mobile number was used to deliver that one message. Your name, number and contact details are never sent to any AI — whether you do the intake or not. Receiving the text shares nothing, and neither does ignoring it.

What does the AI actually see?

The words you choose to share in the conversation, plus your age, your sex if your clinic has it on file, and — if you've used Audri before — the medical summary from your earlier intakes. It is never given your name, phone number, date of birth or any contact details. To the AI, you're a medical story, not an identity.

Who can read what I share?

The people looking after you at your own clinic — your doctor and the practice team involved in your care. Your record also keeps a permanent, tamper-evident history: every change is kept, and nothing can be silently rewritten.

Is Audri diagnosing me?

No — and it never will. Audri only gathers and organises what you share so your doctor can start from your whole story. Your doctor reads everything, every line of the note can be traced back to what you actually said, and the medical thinking stays where it belongs: with your clinician.

What if I make a mistake, or don't finish?

No problem. You can pause and pick the conversation up any time before your appointment. If something came out wrong, correct it in the chat or simply tell your doctor at the visit — the note Audri drafts is a starting point for your doctor, never the final word.

What about voice calls — is my voice recorded?

If you choose a voice call, the conversation is transcribed by trusted speech services and the recording is stored securely in Australia. The same rule applies as everywhere else: your name and contact details are never attached to what the AI processes. Prefer typing? Chat is always there.

Where is my information stored?

Your intake record is stored on secure servers in Sydney, Australia, encrypted in transit and at rest. Some AI processing is carried out by our providers on secure servers overseas (typically in the USA) — we tell you this before you start, and our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.

How long is my information kept?

Australian law requires health records to be kept for a set period — typically seven years for adults, and longer for children. Our Privacy Policy sets out the details.

Can I see or correct what's on file? Can I complain?

Yes. The simplest path is to ask at your clinic — it's your medical record. You can also contact our Privacy Officer at support@audri.ai for access or correction. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au, 1300 363 992).

Does Audri cost me anything?

No. Audri is provided by your clinic. There's no app to download, no account to create and nothing to pay — it works from the link, in your phone's browser.

What if I'm having an emergency?

Audri is not for emergencies. If you or someone else needs urgent help, call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department. Audri says the same thing, clearly, whenever it matters.

Still wondering about something?

We're happy to answer it properly.
